Attorney, founder, and strategist, Estrellita S. Sibila is the person you want on your team when a good idea needs to become something exceptional and long-lasting. She spots the gap, designs the fix, and builds the solution.

Born and raised in Miami by a family of entrepreneurs, Estrellita started her legal career as a land use and zoning attorney and went on to found Sibila Law, an award-winning real estate firm serving developers, investors, buyers, and sellers across South Florida. A triple graduate of the University of Miami, she reads the fine print, sees the whole project, and helps shape the ideas, businesses, and developments that carry the region forward.

The same instinct drives her ventures and runs through her writing. Estrellita has written more than 250 articles on entrepreneurship, technology, real estate, and lifestyle, and she has interviewed some of South Florida’s most impactful CEOs. She also authored the Books of Wins lawyer journals and Goal Power: Live a Life (Em)Powered by Goals!, an interactive workbook that turns personal values into goals people can act on.

Then she built the tools. FirmClear gives law firms a conflict-check platform with an audit trail they can defend. RituaLux helps people track self care, goals, habits, and joy, and live with more intention. She co-founded PhilanthroFest and served as its Executive Director while it grew into the nation’s largest civic engagement festival, and she serves as Chief Strategy Officer of Leading Ladies Magazine.

Sibila Global is where all of it converges, and its mission is to remove friction and deepen impact. Estrellita advises expanding businesses on growth strategy, operational efficiency, and legacy planning. She helps family offices streamline real estate portfolios and scale their holdings, and she helps businesses of every kind put automation and AI where they earn their keep.
